Can Art Aluminum Extrusion Completes Acquisition of BRT Extrusions

Brampton, Ontario — September 14, 2026 — Can Art Aluminum Extrusion Canada Inc. (“Can Art”) today announced the successful completion of its acquisition of BRT Extrusions (“BRT”).

The transaction brings together two established aluminum extrusion businesses with complementary manufacturing capabilities, customer relationships, and operational expertise.

Together, Can Art and BRT create one of North America's largest aluminum extrusion platforms, positioning the combined company among the top three aluminum extruders on the continent. The acquisition expands Can Art's manufacturing footprint and strengthens its ability to support customers across North America.
