This role is responsible for providing first line Customer Support to existing customer base, Outside Sales Representatives, as well as interactions with Production and Engineering team.

Key responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
  • Process customer orders (email, fax, phone).
  • Able to navigate the EPICS system to obtain desired results.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and issues, bringing to resolution.
  • Assist with other office or administrative tasks as assigned.

The main responsibilities include order processing, ensuring accuracy of data entered, and support Outside Sales team to complete orders as necessary.  Product knowledge is necessary to provide guidance to the customer where required.
  • Post-secondary education.
  • Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office products.
  • Experience in a Customer Service environment, preferably within the Aluminum or Metal industry, with a high level of customer service.
  • Experience with EPICS a definite asset.
  • Bilingualism in French an asset.
  • Works well within a team environment, as well as independently, solution orientated, accountable and takes ownership.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent phone manner, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Detail oriented.
